Work-life balance

Flexible start between 8am and 10am, finish between 5pm and 7pm, with the option of having Friday afternoons off. Intensive schedule during July and August. We do everything we can to balance your personal life with teamwork.

Depending on what suits you best, you can work 100% remotely, in a hybrid setup, or from our Barcelona offices. You choose.

Commitment

By default you will have a permanent contract and 23 annual vacation days. After 5 years at Runroom you get 4 extra days, increasing further after 10 years: we want to grow together.

Your pet is welcome! We have been sharing spaces with our canine colleagues for years. To manage coexistence between pets and people, we created a committee to ensure everyone — regardless of species — feels comfortable in our offices, whether for working, chewing toys, or napping.
