In just five weeks, Grupo Indukern transitioned from managing internal orders through Excel and emails to launching a digital product MVP for employees with real impact on experience, traceability, and business.A project that demonstrates how, by combining Discovery Express, impact metrics, and technical delivery, it is possible to validate complex hypotheses in regulated sectors without oversizing the initial investment.

Energía Nufri

We transformed the positioning of Energía Nufri with a new brand narrative, a conversion-focused website, and a connected digital ecosystem.Runroom accompanied Energía Nufri in a comprehensive phased project. We started with a Business Case that defined strategic growth priorities and evolved towards a new brand identity with a fresh and approachable tone. We created the claim "Energy that is the pear," developed a distinctive avatar, redesigned their website, and connected the entire technological ecosystem, including the implementation of HubSpot. Additionally, we trained their customer service team in using the tool and implemented surveys to improve the customer experience. We are currently advancing in the user acquisition and retention phase.

Penpot

Penpot, the open source digital product design platform, faced a major challenge: facilitating the transition of designers working in Figma, the most used tool in the industry, to its environment without having to start their projects from scratch. We developed a plugin that allows exporting Figma files and easily adapting them in Penpot, significantly reducing friction in the adoption process. Thousands of designers and developers have already integrated this tool into their workflow, boosting the growth of the Penpot community and improving their user experience.

Holaluz is a green energy technology company that was founded in 2010 with the purpose of creating a planet powered by renewable energies. A purpose that the company activates by connecting people to green energy. After almost a decade leading the energy transition in Spain, the company needed to embark on a journey of self-discovery to better understand their customers and increase their loyalty in the early stages of the relationship. To achieve this, we accompanied them in the analysis of their Customer Journey, to define the ideal Customer Journey.Additionally, we turned all our discoveries into an actionable roadmap, providing real and well-founded decision criteria and accompanying Holaluz in the analysis and subsequent implementation of the actions.

The goal has been to reach both historical enthusiasts and new generations of high-end car lovers who appreciate elegance, tradition, and technology. Through niche reach and frequency campaigns on Meta and YouTube Ads, we reached over 10 million target users and far exceeded the defined View-through rate (VTR) and CPM objectives.
