Esade, an internationally renowned business school, aligns with Runroom to deliver its Business Agility program. A training focused on executives who aspire to lead the transformation of their companies; an unavoidable challenge in highly changing environments.

The technological revolution and the rapid pace of changes it introduces place us in the most disruptive era in human history, also dubbed the fourth industrial revolution. New times that demand strategic vision and the ability to adapt to changes at the right moment and pace.

To face this challenge, the Business Agility program by Esade Executive Education trains executives from all sectors to become leaders in the transformation of their companies, covering three key areas:
- People: alignment in value delivery.
- Processes: learning and adaptation.
- Business: detection of innovation opportunities.
Led by Carlos Iglesias, CEO of Runroom, and mentored by Fran López, Head of Operations at Runroom, the training is designed to provide a good balance between theoretical material and practical activities, so that the learnings are applicable to the real context of each student, from a strategic and operational perspective.

Following a Learning By Doing methodology, the program combines synchronous online sessions, in-person sessions, practical exercises, guided discussion forums, and case studies of large companies with an agile mindset in their innovation portfolios. Depending on the objectives pursued, it can be taken alone or as part of the Certificate in Business Innovation, also led by Carlos Iglesias.

Reconfiguring the organizational structure through cross-functionality with the aim of breaking departmental silos, aligning value delivery by placing the customer at the center, or fostering a culture based on continuous improvement that detects levers and barriers, are some of the valuable learnings obtained by taking the program. More than ten years of Runroom's experience in Business Agility concentrated into eight weeks.
