There is no predefined agenda: at the beginning, each attendee proposes a topic they are interested in addressing.
Based on the proposals presented, the agenda is organized with different sessions running in parallel.
Each person chooses which sessions they want to participate in. You can move freely between sessions.
One rule: if you're not learning or contributing, change sessions! (no one will be offended)
