Every day, in any work environment, a huge volume of information and knowledge is generated: conversations, decisions, customer learnings, insights from each meeting. Most of it never gets structured or communicated to the rest of the organization. It stays in the chat, in the mind of the person who was in the meeting, in a document that no one opens again.
The challenge is organizational: how to manage internal knowledge resources, provide data access to those who need it, and build a cross-sectional view of all the information generated by a team. How to turn so many scattered insights into something the organization can use and communicate over time.
In this Runroom LAB, Laura Polls presents a system built with Claude and Obsidian in the Runroom team that addresses this challenge. A second brain that structures a team's tacit and explicit knowledge and updates with every interaction with the client and the rest of the organization. We also share real cases we've implemented in different companies and organizations.
A LAB for very broad profiles and also non-technical ones: product, customer experience, consulting, Customer Success, people and operations, team management, and generally anyone who manages information and knowledge within an organization. No prior experience with AI, Claude, or Obsidian is required.
