Heart of Agile
Heart of Agile is a methodology centered on the fundamental principles of Agile, simplifying the approach to enhance effectiveness and collaboration in teams and organizations.
Instead of focusing on specific tools and processes, Heart of Agile (HoA) emphasizes the mindset and values that drive success in Agile: Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect, and Improve.
By eliminating unnecessary complexity, Heart of Agile allows for significant improvements in team effectiveness and collaboration, resulting in greater customer satisfaction and higher quality work.
Additionally, by simplifying the Agile approach, it makes the methodology more accessible and applicable to a wide range of teams and organizations, regardless of their level of experience in Agile.

Learnings
We took away some learnings from the talk by Gabi Monreal at the past Runroom LAB:
- The Heart of Agile is an invitation to return to the basics: Collaborate to Deliver and Reflect to Improve.
- Where to start:
- Increase the quality of listening
- Experiment. One change at a time
- Pause. Check data and emotions.
- Small and soon.
- The page of the Heart of Agile Community and the HoA community in Spain and an informal talk by Alistair Cockburn for Latin America.
In this Runroom LAB, we enjoyed the participation of the marketing team from Grupo Saba, well represented by Sylvia Rausch, Pepi Muñoz and Jordi Tomas, who conveyed their motivation and energy to us. An inspiring example of how to apply Agile from the heart.
A Runroom LAB with:
Sylvia Rausch
Marketing Director at Saba, has launched and driven a customer-centric digital transformation in a sector that has shifted from "infrastructure management" to "mobility." Since 2016, she has been working in Agile in her global Marketing department and considers it fundamental to achieving this success.
The creation of relevant and continuous value has been the core of her professional career, both in B2B and B2C environments. A digital optimist, she declares that "Constant Beta" is her life philosophy.
Sylvia is Austrian and has been living in Barcelona for many years with her husband and three daughters.

Gabi Monreal
Describes himself as a Junior programmer eager to learn. We know from Gabi that throughout his established professional career, he has remained true to a purpose and a role: that of a transformation facilitator, to accompany people and companies in the necessary adoptions and adaptations in processes and technologies.
