In this 60-minute webinar, we will explore how to reduce uncertainty in product and business by combining Lean Product Discovery and Product OKRs as a continuous decision-making system. Led by Jeff Gothelf, author of Lean UX and Sense & Respond, and the Runroom team, we will address how to identify the problems truly worth solving, validate opportunities before investing in development, and translate that learning into clear objectives and measurable outcomes.

We will discuss discovery and OKRs not as isolated practices, but as two key moments of the same strategic question: what to build, why, and with what expected impact. We will share criteria, examples, and practical learnings from the experience of Carlos Iglesias, CEO and founder of Runroom, and Laura Polls, Head of Experience Research, working with product and business teams in real contexts.
