AI Adoption
ENABLE: AI Practice Community
AI licenses are acquired. Adoption needs to be built. An internal practice community that turns sporadic use into a team habit.
How we create value
Many organizations already have the technology stack: the Copilot license, the first deployed agents, the contracted solutions. What they lack is real adoption — the recurring habit, the shared criteria across areas, and the connection between teams and the desired outcomes. Training courses solve initial access; they do not solve sustained practice.
The AI Practice Community builds the collective learning system that bridges this gap. It is not training or a technical implementation: it is the organizational model that activates designated internal references — champions, early adopters, area leads — so that adoption happens from within and is sustained when external support is not present.
The program works with three fixed elements in each monthly cycle: a thematic AI Dojo on real cases from the organization's own stack, review of adoption metrics, and a variable block that adapts the format to the group's moment — Champion Circles, Show & Tell, dynamics of spreading to teams, vertical workshops. The recurring ritual is what turns a network of designated people into an active community.
At the end of the program, the organization has the cadence installed, its own Champion Kit — anchored to the real stack and editable by the internal team — and a living catalog of best practices generated by its own teams. The community can operate without external support.
