Mesoestetic is the world leader in medical cosmetics and aesthetic medicine.
Since it was created, the company's strategy has been one of ongoing research and collaboration with hospitals, universities and renowned specialists from the sector to investigate new treatments.
Our first contact with the client showed us that the name Mesoestetic was synonymous with luxury, excellence and the highest quality. At that time, Mesoestetic was taking on an exciting challenge – to change what had always been a B2B business model into a B2C model.
Mesoestetic had made the decision to directly reach end consumers via online channels, and it needed a digital consultant with the skills to design the perfect customer experience aligned with its business objectives.
The goal was to transfer the brand values created by Espluga + Associates to the digital environment. It was a pleasure to work with the branding agency again on the project's art direction, to offer a perfect customer experience at each touchpoint of the company's online presence.
Consistent with our usual work methodology, we organised a series of inception workshops in order to finalise the project and bring all the stakeholders into line with its objectives and scope.
Once the project roadmap had been agreed and the objectives and business aspects had been prioritised, we launched our activities based on an iterative and incremental development model to achieve the best digital solution for Mesoestetic.
By using high- and low-fidelity prototyping and by testing the main functions, we were able to find the best solution.
The cross-functional team made up of UX researchers, UX/UI designers, front-end developers, back-end developers and the product owner set about investigating the needs of Mesoestetic's customers and developing the functional requirements aimed at offering a highly satisfactory customer experience.
The research work, carried out in close collaboration with the client, allowed us to deliver value in the form of functional software in each sprint.
We differentiated between two main types of customer – professionals and consumers – and we created a space for each one on the digital platform, using different language, graphic design, content and solutions tailored to their needs.
We developed a powerful recommendation tool that would offer customers guidance in finding a specific skin care routine.
