Runroom’s talent in the digital environment has helped us to make a qualitative leap in ESADE as an organisation. We used to invest 100 in Google and would get 1,000 back; now, by investing 80 in Google and 20 in Runroom, we get 10,000 back: you get returns if you invest in neurones! What’s more, in a market where everything is evolving so quickly and internally, it’s very difficult to have the required know-how to remain up to date
ESADE, one of the world’s leading business schools, came to Runroom with a clearly defined need: to integrate and unify its SEM campaigns through a sole provider in order to increase leads and improve CPL.
We set to work in collaboration with Firma, the ESADE branding agency, to gain in-depth knowledge of the institute, its reality as a training and innovation environment and its target audience so that we could draw up an SEM strategy that would lead to a sustainable improvement in conversion rates.
By constantly optimising both the campaigns and the usability of the recruitment channels, based on real-time data analysis, we were able to achieve the objectives set by the client: to increase the conversation rate and optimise the cost per acquisition at a rate that of double digits annually.
For this project, we have been selected in the shortlist for the Innovation in Search Campaigns award in the prestigious Google Premier Partner Awards 2017, as the only Spanish company in this category, and we are again finalists in the Video Innovation category in 2018.
Since 2011 Runroom has been ESADE’s digital agency for SEM, SEO and usability. Since then and following various projects, we have forged a good relationship based on professionalism and trust, and we share one value above all others: prioritising our people as the greatest asset of both companies.
This relationship has led the marketing department of ESADE to entrust us with consultancy services for their organisational change, a large-scale project that we are very excited about.
